WHEW!

it was a short weekend piled high with activities. Saturday morning arrived with Brian, Heather, Peyton and Kamdyn driving from Joe's house where they spent the night for breakfast. After some pancakes, a quick nap for Kamdyn and a little batting practice for Peyton, we decided to go into the City for crab sandwiches. The weather was gorgeous and after eating our lunch, Uncle John and Giselle led us over to see the seals. Peyton loved to watch them but didn't want to get any closer than he was.

After returning home we drove over to Arlene and Bob's to set up tables, etc. for the party the next day. While we were there, we asked Eric and Chris' family to come for dinner. Giselle and I went home and put dinner together. We set up tables outside, let the toddlers play outside and get really dirty. So after they ate, we threw them into the bathtub. They had had a great time in the horseshoe pit and had sand everywhere. Then it was time for the big kids to play...pedro that is... until the wee hours of the morning.

Sunday was the big day. Joe and Jody came over and we dressed Andrew and Kamdyn here. Caitlin came over to watch her god daughter get ready for the festivities. St. Gregory's Church was our next stop where a brief but beautiful ceremony took place. About 70 guests then went to Arlene and Bob's home for a nice meal, visit and, yes, plenty of pedro.
